摘要
导游人员作为旅行社旅游接待工作中的主体,是整个旅游服务的轴心,对我国旅游业的发展有着至关重要的作用。本文通过对薪酬制度、建立有效的员工绩效评价体系、发挥培训的激励作用、有组织的职业生涯发展规划、发挥企业文化的激励作用这些对策,以确保中小旅行社激励的有效性的研究。希望对中小旅行社如何吸引人才、留住人才的实际运作中起到一些实用参考价值。
The tour guide personnel is the main body in the traveling reception work of the travel agency,is the axle center in the entire traveling service,and has an very important role to our country toufism's development.This article has emphatically analyzed the present tour guide incentive mechanism situation,has carded on the system conformity to the existing drive theories,and take it as the foundation,has established and designed in view of the tour guide personnel'Sincentive mechanism system.
