摘要
在现代化大学的发展过程中,大学精神的塑造也是学者研究的焦点。在企业管理领域,品牌、声誉等全面、综合反映企业实力的变量正成为新兴的研究热点。本文通过对大学精神和高校声誉的内涵、重要性及其相互间关系的阐述,以高校开展海外交流与合作为例,对大学精神与高校声誉的关系提出自己的观点和见解,深入理解大学精神的本质,清楚认识大学精神的重要作用,重视对当代大学生的大学精神培育,重视对大学精神的发扬,在全球范围内树高校品牌,创建世界一流高校。
In the process of the development of the modern university,scholars always focus on the study of what shapes the university spirit.In the field of enterprise management,it is considered that variables such as brand and reputation which could comprehensively and integrally reflect the strength of the enterprise are becoming a brand-new research hotspot.Author pointed out the distinguishing features of university spirit and reputation, taking cooperation programs with overseas universities as an example,analyzed the relation of university spirit and reputation and approached the solution of how to enhance the university reputation.
