摘要
目的探究营养支持治疗对ICU重症患者的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月—2013年6月在该院接受治疗的72例ICU重症患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组使用百普素给予肠内营养支持。对比两组患者的营养支持状况和并发症发生率。结果观察组的并发症发生率为19.44%,死亡率为0.00%,对照组的并发症发生率为66.67%,死亡率为5.56%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论给予ICU重症患者合理的营养支持可以改善患者的临床症状和营养状况,缩短患者的住院时间,提高重病的抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nutritional support treatmentfor severe ICU patients. Methods select 72 cas-es of ICU patients with severe2010 3 months-2013 year in June treated in our hospital as the research object, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received routine treatment, the observation group use pepTI-2000 variant given enteral nutrition support. Compared two groups of patients withnutritional support and the incidence of complications. Results the group ofcomplications were observed in the incidence rate was 19.44%, mortality was 0% in the control group the in-cidence of complications was 66.67%, the mortality rate was 5.56%, the difference of the two groups was statistically significance (P 〈 0.05). Discussion the administration of ICU in patients with severe clinical symptoms and reasonable nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of patients, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, improve the success rate ofa serious illness salvage.
