梗阻性结肠癌急诊手术与择期手术的效果比较分析

The comparitive detection of obstructive colon cancer by emergency operation and selective operation

目的梗阻性结肠癌急诊手术与择期手术的效果比较情况。方法分析该院2010年6月—2014年6月收治的梗阻性结肠癌患者100例临床资料,依据手术方式不同进行分组,急诊手术组50例和择期手术组50例。结果择期手术组梗阻性结肠癌患者吻合口瘘、切口感染、肺部感染的发生率均明显优于急诊手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梗阻性结肠癌患者采取择期手术,可以有效的提高手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach result comparitive of obstructive colon cancer by emergency operation and selective operation. Methods To analyze 100 cases clinical data of obstructive colon cancer patients in our hospital from 2010.6 to 2014.6 ,which was to be divided into two group by different methods,emergency operation group 50 cases and selective operation group 50 cases. Results The anastomotic fistula、infection of incisional wound、pulmonary infection rate of selective operation group obstructive colon cancer patients were better than emergency operation group,P〈0.05,the different were statistical significance. Conclusion The obstructive colon cancer patients should take elective operation ,which should effectively improve treatment result and de-crease incidence of postoperative complications,which is to be used.
