N-乙酰半胱氨酸对肺纤维化大鼠Smad3基因表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对博莱霉素(BLM)诱导的大鼠肺纤维化模型Smad3表达的影响及意义。方法选取2013年5-12月提供的健康Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为四组,每组15只。A组:单纯BLM处理组,B组:BLM处理及氢化可的松琥珀酸钠干预组;C组:BLM处理及NAC干预组;D组:空白对照组。四组动物在给药处理后的第7、14天和28天随机处死5只;用免疫组化检测肺组织中Smad3蛋白表达水平。结果不同时期各组大鼠Smads蛋白表达:A组Smad3蛋白表达最强,B组次之(P〈0.05),C组较B组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),D组最低(P〈0.05)。结论 NAC通过参与调控博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化大鼠肺组织Smad3的表达,抑制大鼠肺纤维化程度。
