缬沙坦联合硝苯地平松空释片治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症疗效分析

目的研究分析缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合用于高血压合并高尿酸症的治疗效果。方法择取2013年4月—2014年4月期间在该院接受药物治疗的76例高血压合并高尿酸症患者,按照随机抽签法则将其以1:1比例分成2组,对照组38例患者应用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗;观察组38例患者应用缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合进行治疗。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.11%(35/38)显著大于对照组的81.58%(31/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、后相比,两组患者的血压水平、血尿酸水平均有所减少,而观察组患者的降低程度更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合用于高血压合并高尿酸的治疗效果值得肯定,患者耐受性良好,可以放心在临床治疗中推广、应用。

Objective To study the analysis of valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia for the treatment effect. Results The clinical observation of patients with a total effective rate of 92.11% （35/38） was significantly higher than 81.58% in the control group （31/38）, the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. Before and after treatment, compared with two groups of patients the level of blood pressure, blood uric acid level decreased, while the observation group patients to reduce the degree of the more significant, the difference has sta-tistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion Valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets combined for hypertensive patients with high uric acid treatment effect should be affirmed, good patient tolerance, you can rest assured that the promotion and application in clinical treatment.
