微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗45例宫颈糜烂的临床疗效分析

目的探究与分析微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月—2014年10月该院收治的宫颈糜烂患者90例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组仅给予微波治疗,试验组在其基础上加用西瓜霜喷剂治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、阴道出血量及阴道排液时间。结果试验组与对照组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.35,P<0.05)。试验组与对照组阴道出血量与阴道排液时间相比,差异有统计学意义(t=3.56,P<0.05;t=3.11,P<0.05)。结论微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效显著,明显减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道排液时间,值得推广。

Objective to explore and analyze the microwave joint watermelon frost spray treatment the clinical effect of the treat-ment of cervical erosion. Methods select our hospital from October 2012 to October 2012 treated 90 cases of patients with cervical erosion, take a random number table method is divided into control group and experimental group, each group 45 cases each. Con-trol group only for microwave treatment, patients on the basis of the combined with watermelon frost spray treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, vaginal haemorrhage amount and vaginal drainage time. Results Experimental group com-pared with the control group total effective rate had significant difference （chi-square = 4.35, P 〈 0.05）. Experimental group and control group vaginal haemorrhage amount compared with vaginal drainage time has significant difference （t =3.56, P 〈 0.05, t=0.05, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion microwave joint watermelon frost spray in the treatment of cervical erosion clinical efficacy signifi-cantly, significantly reduce the vaginal haemorrhage amount, shortening the time of vaginal drainage, is worth promoting.
