欣母沛在宫缩乏力性产后出血的应用疗效及安全性评价

Hemabate in Postpartum Hemorrhage Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of the Application

目的研究产妇宫缩乏力性产后出血使用欣母沛的临床效果及安全性评价。方法选取100例该院2010年8月—2013年8月期间收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血的患者,将患者随机分为两组各50例。其中50例患者使用催产素进行治疗作为对照组,另50例在使用欣母沛进行治疗作为观察组,对比两组患者产后出血情况及产后恢复情况等。结果治疗后两组患者止血情况发现,观察组总有效率高达96%,远高于对照组的80%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);而出血情况对比发现,观察组出血量减少比对照组更显著,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);对比不良反应发生率发现对照组为0%,观察组为2%,两组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论欣母沛对于宫缩乏力性产后出血有很好的治疗效果,安全性好,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To study the maternal Postpartum hemorrhage Hemabate using clinical results and safety evaluation. Meth-ods 100 cases in our hospital patients during 2010.8-2013.8 Postpartum hemorrhage, patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases. 50 patients were treated using oxytocin as a control group, and the other 50 cases were in use Hemabate treat-ment as the observation group, compared two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum recovery and so on. Results After treatment, patients were bleeding cases found in the observation group total efficiency of up to 96%, much higher than the 80%, P〈0.05;and bleeding comparison, reducing the amount of bleeding in the observation group than the control group, more significantly, P〈0.05;comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions found in the control group was 0%, 2% in the obser-vation group, no difference between the two groups, P〉0.05. Conclusion Hemabate for Postpartum hemorrhage have a good thera-peutic effect, safety, and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
