盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远端小结石的临床应用

目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远端小结石的临床效果。方法随机抽取该院2012年7月—2014年7月共收治的80例输尿管远端小结石患者,将其分为试验组与参照组。试验组给予盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,参照组给予结石通片口服治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的总有效率显著高于参照组,两组比较存差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生情况,则差异不大。结论采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远端小结石,有利于结石的排出,不良反应少且轻微,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the hydrochloric acid tan solo symplectic clinical effect in the treatment of ureteral distal small stones. Methods 80 cases of distal ureteral calculi patients with small randomly selected in our hospital in 2012 July-2014 July admitted to our hospital, divided into the experimental group and the reference group. The experiment group receivedtamsulosin hydrochloride treatment group given reference Jieshitong tablet oraltherapy, compared two groups of treatment. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, compared the two groups had statisti-cal significance （P 〈 0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups, the difference is not big. Conclusion The use of tamsulosin hydrochloride for the treatment of distal ureteral calculi with small, discharge to stones, less adverse reaction and mild, has important clinical value.
