针刺合并手法推拿治疗80例颈椎病患者的临床效果研究

Acupuncture Combined with Massage Therapy Clinical Study on the Effect of 80 Cases of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析并研究针刺合并手法推拿治疗80例颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法将该院2012年4月—2014年5月所医治颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,按其临床治疗方法分成两组,每组40例,给予对照组患者针刺治疗,观察组患者在针刺治疗基础上给予手法推拿治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗结果。结果临床结果显示,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(95.0%)优于对照组(80.0%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(12.5%)低于对照组(32.5%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经随访发现,观察组患者复发率(15.0%)低于对照组(35.0%),两组间差异明有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予颈椎病患者手法推拿加针刺治疗,临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛度,降低复发率,安全、方便,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in treating 42 patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods in our hospital from 2012 April to 2014 May, the treatment of cervical disease in 42 patients as the research object, and divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment, 21 cases in each group, the control group patients were given acupuncture treatment, observation group were treated with massage therapy on the basis of the acupuncture treatment, two groups were observed in patients with clinical treatment results. Results the clinical results showed that the observation group patients clinical treatment the total effective rate （95%） than in the control group （80%）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05;the observation group the incidence of complications （12.5%） than in the control group （32.5%）, the difference between the two groups significantly （P〈0.05）, has statistical significance;the during follow-up, patients in the observa-tion group the recurrence rate （15%） lower than that of the control group （35%）, the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the patients with cervical spondylosis treated with manual massage combined with acupunc-ture, a significant clinical effect, can reduce the pain of patients, reduce the relapse rate, safe and convenient, worthy of popular-ization.
