摘要
目的探究多层螺旋CT在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法所有病患的试验仪器均使用产自德国制造的多层螺旋CT机对其进行扫描。在病患进行扫描的时候,首先令病患采用仰卧体位接受临床检查,并从肺尖位置开始,对病患进行常规的扫描工作。并使用原有数据进行平面重建工作,对该院2011年12月—2013年12月就诊的153例病患进行医学影像研究。结果在153例病患中,累计病变肺动脉,1 134支,其中肺叶部分动脉有267支,肺段动脉有453支,肺亚段动脉有342支,其余为肺动脉支数。结论诊断的经验也在不断的积累当中,MSCTPA检查诊断也会将成为新肺动脉栓塞诊断的黄金标准,值得在该疾病的诊断治疗中推广使用。
Objective To explore the multislice CT value in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods All patients of test in-strument are used to produce the german-made multislice CT machine to scan. At the time of the patients were scanned, accept-able to patients with supine position first clinical examination, and starting from the apex position, to conventional scanning pa-tients. Planar reconstruction, and use the original data of 153 cases of patients for medical imaging research. Results In 153 cases of patients. Lesions in pulmonary artery, 1134 teams, including 267 part lung artery, pulmonary artery with 453 m. Pulmonary artery is 342, the rest for pulmonary artery count. Conclusion The diagnosis of experience has been accumulated, MSCTPA in-spection diagnosis will also become a new gold standard to the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism is used in the diagnosis and treat-ment of the disease.
