高血脂患者乳糜血对血常规检测指标的影响

Patients with Hyperlipidemia Chyle Blood Influences on the Targets of Routine Blood Test

目的探讨高血脂患者乳糜血对血常规生化检验指标的影响。方法选取该院在2012年1月—2014年1月收治的高脂血症患者30例为实验组,另选取同一时间在该院进行体检检查为健康者30例为对照组,两组患者均分别于清晨空腹抽取静脉血5 m L,而后分离血清对混合血浆进行九项血常规的测定,比较两组血常规测定结果。结果两组患者除RBC、HCT、MCV指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余血常规指标(WBC、PLT、Hb、MCH、MCHC、MPV)的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血脂患者中的乳糜血会对血常规的测定产生影响,因此,在临床实际检验中应尽可能的避免乳糜血的影响,以提高临床诊断准确率。

Objective To study the index of hyperlipidemia patients chyle blood for blood routine and biochemical examination. Methods Our hospital between January 2012 and January 2012 in 30 patients with hyperlipemia treated as experimental group, another selection at the same time in the hospital for a medical check for 30 cases of healthy subjects as control group, two groups of patients were dawn fasting venous blood was extracted respectively 5 mL, then separate serum on hybrid plasma nine routine determination of blood, and to compare two groups of blood routine determination results. Results Two groups of patients in addi-tion to the RBC, HCT, MCV index has no obvious difference （P〉0.05）, the rest of the blood routine indexes （WBC, PLT, Hb, MCH, MCHC, MPV） comparison have significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with hyperlipidemia chyle blood will affect the determination of blood routine, so in the clinical actual inspection should as far as possible to avoid the influence of chyle blood, in order to improve clinical diagnosis accuracy.
