Objective To study the analysis of the fixed surgery complications intra-articular calcaneal fractures, and for the for-mulate corresponding prevention and treatment measures. Methods Select from October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital treated 112 cases diagnosed calcaneal fracture patients for the study, all the patients were divided into two groups and the control group, 56 cases in each group. Observation group were treated with open reduction and internal plus "Y" type plate fixation for treatment, control group received "L" shaped incision. Comparing the incidence of wound complications were observed in both groups of patients, the incidence of reoperation operative time situation. Results Observed adverse reactions in patients was 10.71% (6/60), significantly lower than the 23.21% (13/56) of patients in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P〈0.05). Excellent clinical observation group was 85.71%(48/56), 71.13%(40/56), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Surgical complications mainly with internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures with bone injury mechanism and calcaneal anatomic characteristics have a close relationship, in the best period of treatment to give sufficient pre-operative preparation, giving full thickness skin flap in the process of operation, postoperative with plaster fixation and periopera-tive antibiotics can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce patients.
