甲氨蝶呤不同给药途径对异位妊娠治疗效果分析

The therapeutic effect of different administration ways of Methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨分析甲氨蝶呤不同给药途径对异位妊娠治疗效果。方法随机选取2012年1月1日—2013年1月1日期间该院的60例异位妊娠患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组的患者接受分次肌肉注射给药,试验组的患者接受阴道超声引导异位妊娠囊方法给药,观察、比较两组患者的治疗结果。结果试验组的总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组的总有效率(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同给药途径对异位妊娠治疗效果不同,阴道超声引导异位妊娠囊方法的临床效果更好,可考虑加大推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of different administration ways of Methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy. Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital during from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013,divided them into control group （30 cases） and test group （30 cases）. Control group patients received points intramuscular administration, the test group of patients used underwent trans-vaginal ultrasound-guided ectopic pregnancy ,observed and com-pared two groups’ treatment outcome. Results The total efficiency of the test groups （90%）was higher than （60%） of the control group,P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Different routes of administration of ectopic pregnancy has different treat-ment effect on treating ectopic gestation, transvaginal ultrasound-guided has better clinical effecton it, and it can be considered to increase the promotion application.
