护理干预对骶骨脊索瘤患者术后切口感染的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients with Sacral Chordoma

目的分析护理干预对骶骨脊索瘤患者术后切口感染风险的影响,改进护理措施。方法回顾性分析2011年4月—2014年4月该院收治的57例骶骨脊索瘤患者临床资料,将患者分类为观察组和对照组,观察组在接受负压引流治疗期间初实施常规护理外、还进行了如下加强护理干预,对照组患者在接受常规引流治疗期间实施常规护理,对引流液量和感染率进行数据分析。结果两组引流量第1 d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第3 d、第7 d的引流量负压引流组明显高于常规引流组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组阳性率相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.82,P<0.01),观察组的感染阳性率低于对照组。结论对骶骨脊索瘤患者术后第三天开始应用负压引流,能降低切口感染风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative incision infection in patients with sacral chordoma so as to improve the nursing measures. Methods 57 patients with sacral chordoma admitted from April 2011 to Arpril 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given the strengthened nursing intervention as well as the conventional nursing during the period of negative pressure drainage treatment. The control group were given the conventional nursing during the conventional drainage treatment. And the data of drainage fluid volume and the infection rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the drainage volume on the first day between the two groups（P〉0.05）;but the drainage volume of the negative pressure drainage group on the third and seventh day was much more than that of the conventional drainage group, respectively （P〈0.05）. The difference in positive rate between the two groups was statistically significant （χ^2=6.82, P〈0.01）, the infection positive rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion For patients with sacral chordoma surgery, negative pressure drainage used on the third day postoperatively can reduce the risk of infection of incision.
