普外科安全防护措施对护理质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Safety Protective Measures in Department of General Surgery on the Quality of Nursing

目的探讨分析普外科护理中存在的安全隐患,以及落实相的防护措施后对护理质量的影响作用。方法对2014年1—8月该院普外科常见安全隐患进行记录,根据隐患内容制定相关防护措施,比较防护措施实施前39例患者(对照组)和防护措施实施后42例患者(观察组)的生存质量以及对护理的满意度。结果普外科常见护理工作安全隐患为护理人员专业知识欠缺、未遵循护理规章制度和流程、宣传教育不到位、护患沟通缺乏;观察组患者自觉症状、心理情绪状态、生理功能状态、日常生活评分显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对普外科日常护理工作中常见的护理隐患制定相应的防护措施可有效改善患者的生存质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To discuss and analyze the potential safety hazard in the nursing of Department of General Surgery and the effect of corresponding protective measures on the quality of nursing. Methods The common potential safety hazards in the Depart-ment of General Surgery of our hospital were recorded January to August 2014. And the corresponding protective measures were formulated based on the potential safety hazards. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between 39 cases without protective measures（control group） and 42 cases with protective measures（observation group）. Results The common poten-tial safety hazards existing in the nursing of Department of General Surgery were the following： the nursing staff were lack of pro-fessional knowledge, or did not abide by the nursing regulations and process;the propaganda of health knowledge was not effective;and there was a lack of communication between nurses and patients. The subjective symptoms, mental and emotional state, physio-logical function and activity of daily life scores of the observation group were much better than those of the control group, the dif-ferences between the groups were significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The corresponding protective measures formulated in accordance with the common nursing potential hazards in the daily care of Department of General Surgery can effectively improve the quality of life and level of satisfaction of the patients.
