神经性耳鸣耳聋与高脂血症的临床研究

目的探讨降耳聋药物联合降脂药物在神经性耳聋合并高脂血症患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对2011年2月—2014年5月来该院诊断、治疗的200例神经性耳鸣耳聋患者相关资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方法将其分为将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行降耳鸣耳聋药物治疗,实验组联合降脂药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及其血脂等指标。结果实验组95%患者对治疗方案给予肯定评价,高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组95%患者对治疗方案满意,高于对照组(65%)(P<0.05);实验组TC指标为(4.32±0.87)mmol/L、TG指标为(1.11±0.52),低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组SOD为(105.33±16.12)U/m L、血小板为(240.88±89.11)×109/L,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经性耳鸣耳聋合并高脂血症发病率较高,患者在经性耳鸣耳聋药物治疗基础上联合降脂治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。

Conclusion Neuropathic tinnitus and deafness with a high incidence of hyperlipidemia, patients in the tinnitus and deafness based on drug treatment combined with lipid-lowering therapy effect is ideal, it is worth to promote the use of.
