摘要
目的对汉防己甲素治疗尘肺的临床效果进行评价。方法该研究的临床资料为该院2012年2月—2014年1月收治的尘肺病患者184例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均进行常规综合防治措施,治疗组患者给予汉防己甲素片,治疗结束后对患者疗效进行评价并比较。结果治疗组的显效率69.6%和总有效率89.1%均高于对照组;在治疗12个月后治疗组的下降速度明显慢与对照组的下降速度;对照组患者痰液中的肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-1的含量明显高于治疗组患者痰液中含量。结论汉防己甲素可在根本上改善尘肺患者的肺功能和临床表现,在临床中值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tetrandrine in treatment of pneumoconiosis. Methods The clinical data of this study of 184 patients with pneumoconiosis patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were performed routine comprehensive prevention and control measures, the treatment group were treated with tetrandrine tablets, after the end of treatment on patients with curative effects were evaluated and compared. Results The treatment group and the total effective rate of the treatment were higher than that in control group;in 12 months after the treatment group decreased sig-nificantly slower rate of decline and the control group;the control group content of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin sputum in patients with -1 was significantly higher than that of treatment in the patients with sputum. Conclusion Tetrandrine can improve pulmonary function of patients with pneumoconiosis and clinical manifestations at all, is worth popularizing in clinic.
