探讨护理指引在骨科护理中的临床应用

目的探讨护理指引在骨科护理中的临床应用。方法选取该院从2010年1月—2014年1月期间治疗过的骨折患者180例,随机平均的分成两组即常规组颌治疗组,每组90例,常规组采取常规的临床护理,治疗组则是在常规护理的基础上高度重视病人的心理护理和饮食上的指导,按病人健康条件,在不增加病人的疲劳和疼痛的前提下,对患者进行出院指导。观察患者的治疗时间以及疼痛情况,来对比两组患者的恢复情况。结果通过护理后发现,常规组的恢复时间为(120.3±2.4)天,长于治疗组的(89.7±1.2)d(P<0.05)。疼痛常规组为(78.09±2.2)分也要比治疗组(30.56±1.5)分效果明显。结论通过细心的观察和耐心的护理,病人的疼痛显著地减少了,达到治疗前预期的效果,促进疾病的康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of the care guidelines in orthopedics. Methods 180 cases with frac-tures treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected and randomly and equally divided into the conven-tional group and the treatment group with 90 cases in each. Conventional clinical nursing was given to the conventional group, and the nursing of highly valuing patientˊs psychology nursing and diet guidance and discharge instructions without increasing the tiredness and pain in accordance with the conditions of the patients as well as conventional nursing were given to the treatment group. And the duration of treatment, the status of pain and recovery of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the recovery time of the conventional group was （120.3±2.4） days, longer than （89.7±1.2） days of the treatment group（P〈0.05）. The pain score of the conventional group was （78.09±2.2） points, much higher than （30.56±1.5） points of the treatment group. Conclusion By close observation and meticulous care, the patientˊs pain was decreased significantly, the desired therapeutic effect was achieved, and the rehabilitation of the disease was promoted.
