中西医结合疗法在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中应用探析

Therapy observation on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的研究分析中西医结合疗法在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月在该院确诊收治的110例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药活血通络汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率和治疗前后神经传导速度变化情况,并作对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的80%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗后的肢痛、麻木以及腱反射评分均显著优于治疗前,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后的肢痛、麻木以及腱反射评分显著优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有较高的临床应用价值,能够有效提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者运动神经传导速度,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of combination therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropa-thy in the integrative Chinese and Western medicine. Methods From 2011 December to 2013 December in 110 patients with dia-betes were diagnosed in our hospital were peripheral neuropathy as the research object, randomly divide all patients into control group and observation group with 55 cases in each group, the control group were given routine western medicine treatment, the ob-servation group in the control group based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Tongluo Decoction treat-ment, observe the change of situation nerve conduction velocity before and after the clinical effective rate of the treatment and the treatment of the two groups of patients, and make comparative analysis. Results Clinical observation of patients in the treatment group the effective rate was 96.4%, significantly higher than the control group 80%, the difference of the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance; the two groups of patients before treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity was signifi-cantly improved, a significant difference （P〈0.05）; observation of motor nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group after treatment group, the difference of the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclu-sion Using combination therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with higher integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical application value, and can effectively improve clinical efficiency, improve the motor nerve conduction velocity in patients, worthy of clinical popularization.
