化学发光法在梅毒特异性抗体检测中低值结果的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨化学发光微粒法(CMIA)在梅毒特异性抗体低值结果中的临床应用。方法选取该院2013年12月—2014年6月该院和门诊病人常规免疫检测标本5673例,使用化学发光微粒法(CMIA)对5673人份标本进行初筛,阳性标本进一步使用梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)和甲苯胺红不加热血清凝集实验(TRUST)进行了对比检测。结果使用CMIA法检测5673份标本中,阳性标本为347例,占总标本数6.11%。其中S/CO值大于10的标本为204例、S/CO值5-10的标本81例、S/CO值1-5的标本62例。在347例CMIA法阳性标本中,TPPA检测为阳性的305例(87.8%)TRUST检测为阳性的130例(37.5%)。2种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.005)。结论 CMIA在梅毒特异性抗体的检测中,灵敏度较好,适合大批量筛查。对于S/CO值〈5的标本,应结合TPPA和TRUST进行复检,有条件的实验室可使用免疫印迹法进行确证。 Objective To investigate the chemical luminescence particle method (CMIA) in the clinical application of syphilis spe-cific antibody results in low value. Methods Using chemiluminescence microparticle (CMIA) on for 5673 specimens were screened, positive samples were further use of Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test (TPPA) and toluidine red unheated serum agglutination test (TRUST) were measured. Results Using CMIA method to detect 5673 samples, there were 347 cases, ac-counted for the total number of samples of 6.11%. The S/CO value is greater than 10 specimens for 204 cases, a S/CO value of 5-10 specimens from 81 patients, S/CO value of 1 - 5 of the specimens of 62 cases. In 347 cases of CMIA positive specimens, 305 cases positive detection for TPPA (87.8%) TRUST for the detection of 130 positive cases (37.5%). Comparison of 2 methods had significant difference (P 〈 0.005). Conclusion Syphilis specific antibody detection in CMIA, the sensitivity is better, suitable for mass screening. For values of S/CO less than 5 specimens should be combined with the TPPA and TRUST re examination, labora-tory conditions can use Western blot confirmation.
