齐齐哈尔市成人代谢综合征流行现状及特点分析

Analysis on Prevalence and Epidemic Characteristics of Metabolic Syndrome of Adults in Qiqihar

目的调查齐齐哈尔市成人代谢综合征(MS)患病率及流行病学特点。方法采用方便抽样的方法对齐齐哈尔市建华区社区1 259位居民进行问卷调查、体格检查、测量血压及血液生化指标。MS诊断标准采用CDS标准。结果 MS患病率为17.95%,男性为20.98%,女性为13.44%,男性患病率高于女性(P<0.01)。随着年龄增加患病率有明显增加趋势。结论齐齐哈尔市成人MS的患病率比较高,应关注MS的防治工作,有针对性地开展健康教育和干预降低该人群的患病率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome （MS） of adults in Qiqihar. Methods 1 259 adults from Jianhua District of Qiqihar were selected by convenience sampling. Each participant re-ceived standardized questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory test. The Chinese Diabetes Society （CDS） criterion of MS was applied. Results The prevalence rate of MS was 17.95% （20.98%in males, 13.44% in females, P〈0.01）. The prevalence rate increased obviously with the increase of age. Conclusion The prevalence rate of MS in Qiqihar was higher, and we should pay at-tention to the MS prevention and cure work. The results suggested that they need health education and effective intervention mea-sures to decrease the prevalence.
