189例鼻出血临床分析

Clinical analysis of 189 cases of nasal hemorrhage

目的探讨鼻出血的病因以及相应的治疗方法。方法对该院2012年6月—2014年6月期间收治的189例鼻出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性的总结分析。结果 189例患者131例患者通过保守治疗治愈:其中114例患者通过前鼻孔填塞后鼻出血治愈,56例患者通过手术的方法治愈。37例难治性鼻出血在前鼻镜下未见确切病变、经前鼻孔填塞后鼻出血仍反复发作的患者采取全麻鼻内镜下鼻腔等离子止血术,术后鼻出血治愈。2例因血液系统疾病致鼻出血患者1例为血友病,1例为再生障碍性贫血,转入上一级医院,无严重不良反应和并发症的发生。结论鼻出血在临床上是比较多见的一种临床症状,可以由多种原因导致,在经过积极有效的治疗之后大部分可以得到有效的治愈,而其中安全、严谨的临床诊断和有效的治疗方法是提高患者治愈率的关键所在。
