Hydrosun?治疗老年糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症患者的疗效探析

The clinical observation of Hydrosun? in treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus with arterial occlusive disease of lower extremity

目的探析德国Hydrosun?治疗系统(海特光)治疗老年糖尿病患者合并下肢动脉闭塞症的疗效及临床应用价值。方法56例老年糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症患者分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例),对照组予以常规治疗,观察组联合海特光治疗,应用1个疗程(10次),比较两组疗效、足背动脉血流及踝臂指数的变化情况。结果两组疗效比较,观察组的总有效率(92.8%)大于对照组组的总有效率(75.0%),差异具有统计学意义;治疗后足背动脉血流量,观察组(10.48±0.38)m L/s大于对照组(7.32±0.42)m L/s,差异有统计学意义;治疗后ABI,观察组(1.05±0.12)大于对照组(0.93±0.18),差异有统计学差(P<0.05)。结论海特光治疗能缓解老年糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的临床症状,提高治疗效果,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To study clinical effect and application value of Hydrosun^TM in treatment of elderly diabetes Mellitus with Arterial Occlusive Disease of lower extremity. Methods 56 cases elderly diabetes Mellitus patients with arterial occlusive disease of lower extremity in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group （28cases） and observation group （28 cases）, control group was given conventional treatment, observation group combined with HydrosunTM treatment, the effect after treatment for one course of treatment （10 times）in the two groups were compared.the effectiveness and Changes of dorsal artery of foot and ankle brachial index of blood in the two groups during the treatment was statistics. Results Comparison of two groups, the observation group with total efficiency （92.8%） than in the control group the total effective rate （75%）, the difference has statistical difference;dorsalis pedis artery blood flow after the treatment, the observation group （10.48 ＋ 0.38 ml/s） than the control group （7.32 ＋ 0.42 ml/s）, the difference was statistically significant; after treatment ABI, the observation group （1.05 ＋ 0.12） than the control group （0.93＋0.18）, the difference was statistically difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion HydrosunTM treatment can can relieve the clinical symptoms of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease in older patients with diabetes mellitus, improve treatment effect ,and can be widely use in clinic.
