米诺环素治疗50例掌跖脓疱症的疗效分析

目的探讨米诺环素在掌跖脓疱症患者中的临床治疗效果。方法分析前来该院诊断、治疗的50例掌跖脓疱症患者相关资料,根据患者不同治疗方法将其分为对照组与实验组,前者采用常规方法治疗,后者采用米诺环素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗效果为92%,高于对照组的76%(P<0.05);实验组92%对该院治疗总体满意,高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后1例复发,复发率为4%,低于对照组(复发率为12%)(P<0.05);实验组2例出现并发症,并发症发生率为8%,低于对照组(并发症发生率为24%)(P<0.05)。结论掌跖脓疱症复发率较高,病程比较长,临床上采用米诺环素治疗效果理想,疗效确切,且药物不良反应相对较少,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minocycline in palmoplantar pustular disease patients. Conclusion palmoplantar pustular disease have a higher prevalence, dis-ease type more, using the ideal minocycline treatment effect on clinical efficacy, and fewer adverse drug reactions, should be intro-duced.
