曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效探讨

Trimetazidine Treatment Curative Effect Observation of Coronary Heart disease With heart Failure

目的研究曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取该院2012年10月—2014年10月间诊治的冠心病合并心力衰竭患者110例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对对照组患者进行常规药物治疗,对观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及心率及血压变化情况。结果:观察组患者的显效率为56.36%,有效率为34.55%,无效率为9.09%,总有效率为90.91%,对照组患者的显效率为43.64%,有效率为30.91%,无效率为25.45%,总有效率为74.55%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后患者的心率、收缩压、左室舒张末径、左室射血分数及左心室缩短分数等指标方面,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病合并心力衰竭患者来讲,采用曲美他嗪治疗不仅可以提高临床治疗效果,而且还能有效改善其心率及血压变化情况,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the curative effect of trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods Selection our hospital between October 2012 - October 2012 make a diagnosis and give treatment, 110 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure, its each 55 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, rou-tine drug therapy in patients with the control group, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of treatment with trimetazidine, compared to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and the heart rate and blood pres-sure changes. Results Observation group of patients with significant efficiency was 56.36%, effective rate was 34.55%, no efficien-cy was 9.09%, total effective rate was 90.91%, and the control group of patients with significant efficiency was 43.64%, effective rate was 30.91%, no efficiency was 25.45%, total effective rate was 74.55%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）;After treatment the patientˊs heart rate and systolic blood pressure, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening fraction indicators, such as observation group was better than control group, difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure, using trimetazidine treatment can not only improve the clinical therapeutic effect, but also can effectively improve the heart rate and blood pressure changes, worth clinical promotion.
