信必可都保对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者疗效影响

Symbicort Turbuhaler on Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Severe Slow Patients of Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者应用信必可都保的临床效果分析。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月该院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者90例,按治疗方式的不同分为试验组、对照组,两组均进行氨茶碱、抗感染、止咳化痰、氧疗等常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗基础上给予信必可都保治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月,比较两组治疗前后的6 min步行距离、肺功能指标;比较两组治疗前后的呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停时间、睡眠时Sa O2。结果试验组治疗后的6 min步行距离、肺功能指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停时间、睡眠时Sa O2显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并重度慢阻肺患者进行信必可都保治疗,可促使患者临床症状显著改善,效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of obstructive sleep analysis combined with severe COPD patients using Sym-bicort Turbuhaler. Methods 90 cases of severe obstructive sleep apnea Patients with obstructive pulmonary disease were selected in our hospital from June,2013 to June,2014, according to different treatment modalities, they were divided into the experimental group and control group, two groups were both accepted aminophylline, routine treatment of anti infection, cough and phlegm, oxy-gen therapy; the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment to the letter will be Turbuhaler treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months, Before and after treatment the lung function indices, 6min walking distance in the two groups of were compared; Before and after treatment ,apnea hypopnea index, apnea time, sleep SaO 2 of the two groups were compared. Results in the experimental group after treatment 6min walking distance, pulmonary function indexes were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; experimental group after treatment of apnea hypopnea index, apnea during sleep time, SaO2 was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Obstruc-tive sleep apnea in patients with severe COPD patients were Symbicort Turbuhaler treatment, clinical symptoms of the patients im-proved significantly, which has the exact effect, It is worth the clinical promotion.
