全方位护理对哮喘病人肺功能和满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Pulmonary Function and Satisfaction of Patients with Asthma

目的探讨全方位护理对哮喘病人肺功能和住院满意度的影响。方法选取入该院呼吸内科接受治疗符合纳入标准的150例哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为试验组及对照组,对照组患者接受传统护理照护,试验组患者接受全方位护理照护,干预两周后比较两组患者的肺功能及患者的住院满意度。结果全方位护理可以降低哮喘病人的动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2),提高动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)及第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),试验组和对照组患者的住院满意度总分分别为(91.9±2.3)、(67.8±5.5),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全方位护理可以改善哮喘病人的肺功能,提高住院满意度,是一种科学、行之有效的护理干预方法,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the pulmonary function and satisfaction of pa-tients with asthma. Methods 150 patients with asthma met the inclusion criteria admitted in Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group in accordance with the random number table method. The control group were treated with traditional nursing care, and the experimental group were treat-ed with comprehensive nursing care. And the pulmonary function and inpatient satisfaction were compared between the two groups two weeks after nursing intervention. Results Comprehensive nursing care can reduce the PaCO2, enhance the PaO2 and FEV1 of patients with asthma. The inpatient satisfaction in the experimental group and the control group was （91.9 ±2.3） points, （67.8 ±5.5） points, respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care is a scientific and effective nursing intervention, which can improve the pulmonary function and enhance the satisfaction in patients with asthma, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
