血液透析联合血液灌流治疗血液透析患者肾性骨病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Renal Osteodystrophy in Patients with Hemodialysis

目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗血液透析患者肾性骨病的临床效果。方法选取行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的60例性骨病患者作为该组研究的观察对象,分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予血液灌流治疗,1次/周,6个月为1个疗程,分别于治疗前后对两组患者血清甲状旁腺激素水平进行检测,并对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果①治疗前,两组患者的血清甲状旁腺激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的血清甲状旁腺激素水平为(313.61±102.47)pg/L,明显低于治疗前与对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组中显效11例、有效16例、无效3例,总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析联合血液灌流可以有效改善肾性骨病患者的血清甲状旁腺激素水平,明显缓解临床症状,治疗效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal os-teopathy in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 60 cases with osteodystrophy treated by hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given hemoperfusion based on conven-tional treatment, once a week, 6 months were a course of treatment. The serum parathyroid hormone of the two groups was detected before and after treatment. And the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results ①Before treatment, no statisti-cally significant difference was found in the level of serum parathyroid hormone between the two groups（P＆gt;0.05）; after treatment, the level of serum parathyroid hormone of the observation group was （313.61 ±102.47） pg/L, significantly lower than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.②After the treatment, in the observation group, the treatment effect was markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 16 cases, invalid in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90%, significantly higher than that of the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0 . 05 ） . Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can effectively improve the level of serum parathyroid hormone in patients with renal osteodystrophy, and relieve the clinical symptoms with exact curative effect.
