窄谱中波紫外线辅助治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Narrow Band Ultraviolet Assisted in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线辅助治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法现对2012年12月—2014年10月间该院收治的87例寻常型银屑病患者进行分析,随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例,对照组实施药物治疗,观察组实施药物联合紫外线治疗,对比两组PASI积分变化情况、总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的PASI积分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.5%和79.1%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对寻常型银屑病患者应用紫外线治疗,安全有效,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet assisted in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 87 cases of psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 October were chosen.All patients were ran-domly divided into the observation group （44 cases） and the control group （43 cases）.The control group given drug treatment,while the observation group used drug combined with ultraviolet treatment.Comparison the change of PASI integral, total effective rate and adverse reaction in two group. Results After treatment,the PASI integral in the observation group was improved significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.5% and 79.1%,the observation group was higher than control group （P〈0.05）;The adverse reaction of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion narrow band ultraviolet assisted is used in treating the psoriasis vulgaris,safe and effective, It is worth popularization.
