氨氯地平联合特拉唑嗪治疗肾性高血压对疗效及肾功能的影响

Amlodipine Terazosin Therapy on the Efficacy of Renal Hypertension and Renal Function

目的探究氨氯地平联合特拉唑嗪治疗肾性高血压(RPH)对疗效及肾功能的影响。方法资料随机选取2013年6月—2014年6月本院收治的135例RPH患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组68例,对照组67例,对照组予以氨氯地平治疗,研究组予以氨氯地平联合特拉唑嗪治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率95.59%高于对照组77.61%,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后SBP、DBP、BUN、SCr、24hUAlb水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氨氯地平联合特拉唑嗪治疗可有效控制RPH患者血压水平,恢复其肾功能。

Objective To explore Amlodipine terazosin therapy on renal hypertension （RPH） on the efficacy and renal function. Methods Data were randomly selected in June 2013-2014 June RPH our hospital 135 cases of patients were randomly divided in-to study group of 68 patients in the control group, 67 cases in the control group was treated with amlodipine treatment, the study group to be ammonia amlodipine combined with terazosin therapy, the treatment effect analysis of the two groups. Results Study group was higher treatment efficiency 95.59%77.61%compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）;after treatment, SBP, DBP, BUN, SCr, 24hUAlb levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Am-lodipine terazosin therapy can effectively control blood pressure levels in patients with RPH, recovery of renal function.
