缬沙坦与通心络合用治疗高血压的效果分析

Valsartan and Tongxinluo in Treatment of Hypertensive Effect Analysis

目的探讨缬沙坦与通心络合用治疗高血压的效果。方法选取2013年3月—2014年3月该院内科收治的110例高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例对照组服用缬沙坦缓释胶囊,观察组服用缬沙坦缓释胶囊的基础上加服通心络胶囊,两组同时连续治疗10周比较临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为92.73%,对照组的总有效率为78.18%,P<0.05,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组。观察组的血脂变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 缬沙坦与通心络合用治疗高血压效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of valsartan and Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of hypertension. 110 cases of hy-pertensive patients. Methods From 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital were hospitalized in the Department of internal medicine, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group the control group was given valsartan sustained-release capsules, the observation group took valsartan foundation with Tongxinluo capsule, two groups at the same time, continuous treatment 10 weeks clinical effect comparison. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.73%, control group, the total efficiency is 78.18%, P〈 0.05, the observation group was better than that in control group. To ob-serve the changes of blood lipid group was significantly better than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan with Tongxinluo combined with significant curative effect of hypertension.
