儿童中毒洗胃的心理护理

Psychological Care for Children with Poisoning Treated by Gastric Lavage

目的研究和分析心理护理在中毒洗胃患儿治疗中的临床作用和效果。方法随机抽选46例中毒洗胃患儿,将他们按抽签法平均分组(对照组和观察组),并对其临床急诊护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患儿的一次插管成功率(100.0%)和护理总满意度(95.65%)均明显高于对照组患儿(47.83%,60.87%),其哭闹不止率(8.70%)、自拔胃管率(0.0)和抗拒治疗率(0.0)均明显低于对照组患儿(60.87%,21.74%,43.48%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均洗胃成功,且无并发症发生,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在儿童中毒洗胃的治疗过程中,采用心理护理进行临床干预,能够有效安抚患儿情绪,增强他们的治疗依从性和信任度,提高临床治疗效果,因此,它是一种科学、理想、有效、安全的临床护理方法 。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of psychological care on children with poisoning treated by gastric lavage. Methods 46 children with poisoning treated by gastric lavage were randomly selected and equally divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the lottery. And the status of clinical emergency and nursing of them was ana-lyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with the control group, the success rate of intubation at a time of the observation group was much higher（100.0% versus 47.83%）, overall nursing satisfaction was substantially higher（95.65% versus 60.87%）, the rate of excessive crying was much lower（8.70%versus 60.87%）, rate of pulling out the stomach tube by oneself was significantly lower（0.0 versus 21.74%）, rate of refusing treatment was obviously lower （0.0 versus 43.48%）, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups underwent gastric lavage successfully without complications, no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care used as the clinical intervention for children with poisoning treated by gastric lavage, can effectively comfort their emotions, strengthen the treatment compliance and confi-dence, improve the effect of clinical treatment, therefore, it is a scientific, ideal, effective and safe method of clinical nursing.
