超声诊断脂肪肝与酒精肝的临床价值及疗效分析

Clinical Value and Observation Curative Effect of Ultrasound Diagnosis on Hsepatic Adipose Infiltration and Alcoholic Lsiver

目的探讨超声诊断方法对于脂肪肝与酒精肝的临床价值,研究超声诊断对脂肪肝与酒精肝患者治疗效果的意义。方法随机抽取该院于2012年4月—2014年4月收治的患者200例进行超声诊断,分析超声诊断方法的优势,观察经超声诊断后患者的治疗效果。结果通过超声诊断方法 ,共检查出脂肪肝患者68例,其中男性31例,女37例,酒精肝患者73例,其中男性48例,女25例。超声诊断的总检出率是70.5%。其中,检出的脂肪肝和酒精肝男性患者的比例明显大于女性的比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 该研究通过对脂肪肝与酒精肝进行超声诊断,反映出超声诊断能够在有效的提升脂肪肝和酒精肝的检出率,进而使患者及时得到治疗,保证患者的身体健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical value and efficacy of ultrasound diagnosis of hepatic adipose infiltration and alco-holic liver. Methods 200 cases of patients undergo ultrasound diagnosis in our hospital from April,2012 to April 2014 were ran-dom selected as the subjects. Results 48 cases （31 male, 17 female） with hepatic adipose infiltration and 54 cases （39 male, 15 female） with alcohol liver were detected, total detection rate was 51%. Male patient rate is higher than femle, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis can improve the detection rate of patient with hepatic adipose in-filtration and alcoholic liver, and is worthy of clinical application.
