Clinical Analysis of Complications and Pregnancy Outcome Following Loop Electrical Excision Procedure(LEEP)

随着医学技术的发展,宫颈病变能早发现早治疗,宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)在临床实践中被广泛应用于宫颈病变的诊断与治疗,但LEEP术后对宫颈的改变及生育方面的影响目前在国内外仍存在较大的争议。该文综述了LEEP术后并发症及其对妊娠方面的影响,以对LEEP治疗宫颈病变的有效性及安全性有更深入的认识。

With the development of medical technology, the cervical lesions can be early found early treatment, loop electrical excision procedure （LEEP） is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions in clinical practice, but in postoperative changes of the cervical and fertility influence following LEEP there still is considerable controversy at home and abroad at present. This paper reviews the complications and influence on pregnancy following LEEP, showing a deeper understanding in the efficacy and safety of LEEP in treatment of cervical lesions.
