多发性肋骨骨折使用记忆合金肋骨环抱器疗效探讨

目的针对多发性肋骨骨折使用记忆合金肋骨环抱器疗效展开探讨,分析其实际的临床效果。方法选取于2009年12月—2014年1月来该院诊断与治疗多发性肋骨骨折80例患者展开研究,根据患者相关资料与治疗方法的不同进行分析划分,对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组采用环抱器内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组95%患者对治疗方案给予肯定评价,高于对照组85%(P<0.05);实验组95%患者对治疗方案疗效满意,比对照组65%(P<0.05)要高;实验组并发症发生率为7.5%,低于对照组17.5%(P<0.05)。结论多发性肋骨骨折、连枷胸发病率较高,临床采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定术取得了比较理想的治疗效果,有效缓解了患者的疼痛,改善了患者的症状,促使患者的生活质量得以提高,其推广使用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixation of multiple rib fractures and clinical results flail chest.Methods In our hospital diagnosis from 2009 December to 2014 january, treatment of 80 cases of patients with multiple rib fractures related to data analysis, according to the different methods of treatment of patients will be divided into two groups, the control group using conventional methods of treatment, the experimental group were embracing internal fixation for the treatment were compared treatment effects.Results 95% of patients in the experimental group treatment program affirmed the assessment was higher （85%） （P〈0.05）; 95% of patients in the experimental group were satisfactory treatment options, the control group （65%） （P 〈0.05）; complication rate was 7.5% in the experimental group occurred, compared with the control group （17.5%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multiple rib fractures, flail chest even higher incidence of clinical use of the ideal nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixation treatment, can improve symptoms, improve quality of life for patients and should be introduced.
