HOX基因对早期食管癌的诊断及预后的指导意义分析

Diagnostic and Prognostic Significance of HOX Gene for Early Esophageal Cancer

目的探析HOX基因对早期食管癌的诊断及预后的指导意义。方法入选该院2008年2月—2009年2月食管癌患者80例为实验组,同期入选体检健康者80名为研究对照,比较人食管癌细胞系及正常细胞系CAES及EC109中表达HOX基因情况,评估食管癌患者的HOX基因表达阳性组及阴性组的术后生存率情况。结果人食管癌细胞系CAES及EC109中HOX基因表达阳性情况显著高于正常细胞系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管癌患者HOX基因表达阳性组1、3、5年生存率显著低于食管癌HOX基因表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者细胞系表达HOX基因阳性率较高,HOX基因表达阳性食管癌患者生存率较低,HOX对评估早期食管癌诊断及预后具有重要临床价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic and prognostic significance of HOX gene for early esophageal cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with esophageal cancer from February 2008 to February 2009 in our hospital were selected as experiment group, while 80 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group. HOX gene expression of esophageal cancer cell and normal gene, CAES and EC109 were compared. Postoperative survival rate of positive and negative HOX gene expression of patients with esophageal cancer were evaluated.Results HOX gene expression of esophageal cancer cell line CAES and EC109 was significantly higher than normal cells. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）;The 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year survival rate of positive expression of of patients with esophageal cancer were significantly lower than HOX gene expression negative group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion HOX gene expression positive rate of patients with esophageal cancer is high, while survival rate of HOX gene expression positive patients is low. HOX has important clinical value in evaluate early esophageal cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
