综合护理在Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Comprehensive Nursing to the Treatment of Second-degree Burn

目的探讨综合护理在烧伤治疗中应用的临床意义,总结更为有效的烧伤护理方法。方法随机将78例Ⅱ度烧伤患者分为两组,每组39例。以在治疗过程中接受常规护理者为常规组,以在治疗过程中接受综合护理者为综合组,对比两组治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果综合组1周皮肤愈合率及2周皮肤愈合率分别为(75.12±7.16)%及(90.12±6.67)%均明显高于常规组的(60.23±7.23)%及(82.16±7.71)%;同时综合组皮肤愈合时间明显为(8.27±1.37)d短于常规组的(12.16±2.26)d(P<0.05);同时综合组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05),而两组并发症发生率比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论综合护理可有效的提高烧伤患者的治疗效果,且并不增加并发症发生率。

Objective To study the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing used in the treatment of burn and summarize a more effective nursing method for burn.Methods 78 patients with second-degree burn were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each. The conventional group were treated by the conventional nursing, and the comprehensive group were treated by the comprehensive nursing. And the therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The skin healing rate of 1 week in the comprehensive group was （75.12±7.16）%, much higher than （60.23±7.23）% in the conventional group, the skin healing rate of 2 weeks in the comprehensive group was （90.12±6.67）%, obviously higher than （82.16±7.71）% in the conventional group. The skin healing time of the comprehensive group was （8.27±1.37）d, shorter than （12.16±2.26）d of the conventional group（P〈0.05）; the overall response rate of the comprehensive group was much higher than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）; but there was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion For patients with burn, comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect without increasing the incidence of complications.
