摘要 目的分析糖尿病肾病营养护理效果。方法选取从2013年10月-2014年10月收治60例糖尿病肾病患者,对照组采取常规护理,护理组在对照组基础上加强营养护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理组各项观察指标、护理满意度、有效率均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者采取营养护理干预,有利于。肾功能改善,减缓病情进展。 Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional care on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases with diabetic nephropathy admitted from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing, while the care group were treated by the strengthened nutritional care based on the conventional nursing. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The observed indexes, nursing satisfaction and response rate of the care group were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic nephropathy, nutritional care is conducive to improving the renal function and slowing down the development of the disease.
