临床护理路径在86例急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Path on 86 Cases with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果,为今后临床实践提供参考和借鉴。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月期间该院收治的86例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,对照组患者给予临床常规护理,观察组患者给予临床护理路径护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、并发症的发生情况明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果比较好,能够提高患者的生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path on 86 cases with acute myocardial infarction so as to provide a reference for future clinical practice.Methods 86 cases with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups in accordance with different method of nursing. Patients in the control group were given the clinical conventional nursing care, while those in the observation group were given the clinical nursing path care. And the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the length of stay, incidence of complications was much less than that of the control group, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionClinical nursing pathway has good application effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can improve the quality of life, shorten the length of stay, reduce the incidence of complications and enhance nursing satisfaction, therefore it is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
