个性化护理在预防血液透析导管相关性感染中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Personalized Care in the Prevention of Catheterrelated Infections in Hemodialysis

目的分析研究个性化护理在预防血液透析导管相关性感染中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年4月—2014年4月在该院肾病血液透析病人静脉导管功能不良的病人一共有96例,随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组病人采取常规临床护理干预,观察组对病人采取针对导管感染和纤维鞘形成的个性化护理干预,对观察组与对照组病人的导管感染、纤维鞘以及并发症发生率情况给予深入的分析研究。结果观察组病人导管感染和纤维鞘发生率以及再次发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组病人相关并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在预防血液透析导管相关性感染当中采取个性化临床护理干预,可以使发生导管感染以及纤维鞘的几率明显减少,使发生相关并发症的几率明显减少,进而使临床效果进一步提高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical application value of personalized care in the prevention of catheter-related infections in hemodialysis.Methods A total of 96 cases with nephropathy and venous catheter dysfunction underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated by the conventional clinical nursing intervention, while the observation group were given the personalized care intervention aiming at preventing the incidence of catheter infections and formation of vagina fibrosa. And the incidence of catheter infections and vagina fibrosa and complications in the observation group and the control group was analyzed and studied further.Results The incidence and recurrence rate of catheter infections and vagina fibrosa in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, respectively（P〈0.05）; the incidence of related complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the prevention of catheter-related infections in hemodialysis, clinical personalized care intervention can reduce the incidence of catheter infections and vagina fibrosa and related complications significantly, thereby further improving the clinical results, therefore it has the value of clinical promotion.
