探讨彩色B超在瘢痕子宫妊娠诊断中的应用效果

目的探讨彩色B超在瘢痕子宫妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法选取该院自2011年3月—2014年3月收治的30例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者,回顾其使用彩色B超的诊断结果和其手术及病理的诊断结果进行对比,对两种检查方法的临床效果进行比较分析。结果30例瘢痕子宫妊娠的患者,采用经阴道彩色B超检查的诊断准确率为93.33%,采用腹部彩色B超的准确率为73.33%(x^2=4.3200,P=0.0377),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色B超对于瘢痕子宫妊娠患者的应用诊断中,经阴道彩色B超诊断相比于腹部彩色B超具有更好的诊断效果,值得临床中应用与推广。

Objective To explore the color B ultrasound in diagnosis of pregnancy in scar uterus. Methods Retrospective method in our hospital from 2011 March to 2014 March were 30 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy, a review of the use of color B ultrasound diagnosis results and the operation and pathological diagnosis were compared, the clinical effect of two kinds of inspection methods and comparative analysis. Results 30 cases of uterine scar pregnancy patients, using transvaginal color B ultrasound examination diagnosis accurate rate was 93.33%, accurate rate by abdominal color B ultrasound was 73.33% （X2=4.3200, P=0.0377）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color B ultrasound application for diagnosis of patients with uterine scar pregnancy, transvaginal color B ultrasound diagnosis diagnosis compared to abdominal color B ultrasound has better effect, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
