糖化血清白蛋白检测在糖调节受损及新诊断糖尿病人群中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨糖化血清白蛋白在糖调节受损及新诊断糖尿病人群中的临床意义。方法选取2013年1月—2014年9月于该院门诊进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验者120例分为3组,分别为正常血糖调节组28例,糖调节受损组35例,糖尿病组57例,空腹10 h后与早晨行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,取空腹及糖负荷后0.5、2 h3个时点取静脉血,测定血糖及空腹糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清白蛋白水平。结果糖化血清白蛋白高于水平分的检出率在糖调节受损组明显高于糖化血红蛋白高于水平分的检出率(P<0.01),其检出率在糖尿病组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),糖化血清白蛋白与糖化血红蛋白呈显著正相关(r=0.75,P<0.01),空腹血糖、2 h血糖及BMI为糖化血清白蛋白的独立影响因素。结论糖化血清白蛋白测定对于糖尿病诊断、治疗效果和治疗方案的调整更有意义。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of glycated albumin regulation damaged and newly diagnosed diabetes in persons with sugar. Methods In January Septemher to 2013--2014 in our hospital outpatient oral glucose tolerance test in 120 cases of patients were divided into three groups, respectively 28 cases of regulating normal blood glucose group, impaired glucose regulation group 35 cases, 57 cases of diabetic group, after 10 h fasting and morning for an oral glucose tolerance test, fasting and post glucose load in 0.5, 2h in three blood samples, determination of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting serum glycated albumin levels; the Results Of serum glycated albumin level detection rate is higher than the detection rate of impaired regulation in sugar group was significantly higher than that of glycated hemoglobin level than the points (P〈0.01), the detection rate in the diabetic group showed no significant differences (P〉0.05), serum glycated albumin was significantly correlated with the glycosylated hemoglobin (r=0.75, P〈0.01), fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2H and BMI as independent factors affecting serum glycated albumin; Conclusion Glycated serum albumin determination for the diagnosis of diabetes, treatment effect and the treatment plan may make sense.
