COOK宫颈扩张球囊在足月引产中的效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨COOK 宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产过程中促进宫颈成熟的有效性及安全性。方法选择2014年3~11月在该院产科住院待产,有引产指征的初产妇120例,将入选孕妇随机分为3组,实验组为COOK 宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟组,对照组1为复方氯化钠500 mL+缩宫素1 U促宫颈成熟组,对照组2为复方氯化钠500 mL+缩宫素2.5 U促宫颈成熟组。比较3组产妇的宫颈成熟情况、分娩方式及胎儿窘迫发生率。结果实验组与对照组1、对照组2在促宫颈成熟,提高阴道分娩率、降低剖宫产率及减少胎儿窘迫发生率方面差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),而对照组1、对照组2在以上各方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 COOK 宫颈扩张球囊能有效促宫颈成熟,有效提高阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率,是一种安全、有效的引产方式,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of promoting cervical mature COOK cervical dilation balloon in the process of labor induction of full-term pregnancy.Methods Patient labor in our hospital in 2014 March-November of selection, a syndrome of 120 cases of primipara who labor refers to pregnant women, were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, the experimental group is COOK Balloon dilatation of Cervix cervical ripening group, control group 1 for the compound sodium chloride 500mL+oxytocin 1 U cervical ripening group, control group 2 compound sodium chloride 500 mL+oxytocin 2.5 U cervical ripening group. Three groups of maternal cervical ripening, the mode of delivery and the incidence of fetal distress.Results The experimental group and the control group 1, control group 2 in cervical ripening, increase the rate of vaginal delivery, reduce the rate of cesarean section and reduce the incidence of fetal distress were statistically significant (P〈0.05), while the control group 1, control group no statistical significance of 2 in these areas (P〉0.05). Conclusion:COOK Balloon dilatation of Cervix can be effective in promoting cervical ripening, effectively improve the vaginal delivery rate, reduce the rate of cesarean section, is a safe, effective way of induction of labor, is worth the clinical promotion.
