摘要
高师音乐教师自身的德、才、学、识及人格魅力,对学生的学习和个性发展有着极强的影响。尤其是教师的人格魅力在高师音乐教育中直接作用于学生,在一定程度上远比单纯知识的传授影响更深远。
College music teachers' morality, talent, knowledge and personality have profoud influence on stdents' study and personal development, especially, teachers' personality charm. To some extent, teachers' personality charm is more influencial than their knowledge.
