妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者行囊肿剔除术的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Ovarian Tumors in Pregnancy Underwent Excision of the Cyst

目的探讨囊肿剔除术在治疗妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法收集100例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规药物治疗的方法进行治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用囊肿剔除术进行治疗。两组患者在治疗完成后比较两组患者的治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者在经过治疗后均有所好转,但观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者。观察组患者的治疗总有效率98%明显优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率80%,同时观察组患者的并发症发生率4%明显优于对照组患者的并发症发生率12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者治疗的过程中,使用囊肿剔除术的方法效果更佳,同时并发症发生率更低,安全可靠。在实际的对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者治疗的过程中值得推广应用。

Objective to explore the cyst eliminate surgery in the treatment of pregnancy with ovarian tumor patients clinical curative effect of the treatment process. Methods collecting 100 cases of pregnancy with ovarian tumor patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. Control group using conventional drug treatment for treatment, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional treatment using cyst removed for treatment. After completion of two groups of patients in the treatment of two groups were compared the therapeutic effect and complications. Results after treatment in both groups were improved, but the curative effect of observation group of patients is better than the control group patients. Observation group of patients in the treatment of total effective rate of 98%was better than control group in the treatment of patients with total effective rate was 80%, and the complication rate of observation group of patients with 4%better than the control group patients complication rates 12%, all the differences were significant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion in the treatment of patients with pregnancy with ovarian tumor process, has better effect to use the cyst eliminate operation methods, and a lower incidence of complications, safe and reliable. In an actual treatment in patients with pregnancy with ovarian tumor in the process of worthy of popularization and application.
