硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压临床疗效分析

Analysis of Nifedipine Combined With Kato Pury in Treatment of Primary Hypertension Clinical Curative Effect

目的评价硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压临床疗效。方法选择该院于2013年5月—2014年1月收治的卡托普利治疗患者102例纳入卡托普利组,选择硝苯地平联合卡托普利患治疗患者87例纳入联合组,对比相关指标。结果联合组显效率50.57%、总有效率96.55%高于卡托普利组30.39%、72.55%、无效率3.45%低于卡托普利组26.47%,第4周、第8周联合组舒张压、收缩压低于通期卡托普利组,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05);卡托普利组不良反应发生率10.78%,联合组14.94%,差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压疗效好,且不会增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective To evaluate the nifedipine combined with Kato Pury in treatment of primary hypertension clinical curative effect. Methods The hosprtal from 2013 May to 2014 January were trented 102 cases of Kato Pury therapy were selected into the Kato Pury group,the choice of nifedipine combined with Kato Pury suffering from treatment 87 patients were included in the combined group,the related index comparison. Results The combined group was 50.57%,the total efficiency of 96.55%higher than the Kato Pury group 30.39%,72.55%,effective rate of 3.45%below the Kato Pury group 26.47%,fourth weeks,eighth weeks of combined group diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure below through the period of Kato Pury group,with statistically significant difference（ 〈0.05）;Kato Pury group of adverse reaction rate was 10.78%,the joint group 14.94%,no significant difference（ 〉0.05）.Conclusion Nifedipine combined with Kato Pury in treatment of essential hypertension curative effect is good, and does not increase the risk of adverse reaction.
