盐酸奈福泮复合小剂量利多卡因治疗椎管内麻醉后寒战的疗效

Curative Effect of Nefopam Hydrochloride Combined With Small Dose of Lidocainum for Shivering After Intraspinal Anesthesia

目的临床使用盐酸奈福泮联合小剂量利多卡因治疗椎管内麻醉寒战,并对其疗效做相关评价。方法回顾分析2012年6月—2014年6月99例来我院行椎管内麻醉后出现寒战情况的患者临床资料,按照用药不同分成观察1组与观察2组、对照组,每组各33例。观察1组使用盐酸奈福泮联合利多卡因,观察2组仅单独使用盐酸奈福泮,对照组使用氟芬合剂,观察并记录3组治疗效果及出现的相关不良反应,同时进行组间比较。结果观察1组总体治疗有效率为96.97%,观察2组总体治疗有效率为93.94%,对照组总体治疗有效率为78.79%,明显看出观察组总体情况由于对照组,<0.01;但观察1组与观察2组间比较,差异无统计学意义,>0.05;各组间不良反应发生率差异较大,<0.01。结论对椎管内麻醉后出现寒战的患者采用盐酸奈福泮联合小剂量利多卡因进行治疗可有效改善寒战发生情况,临床具有较高使用价值。

Objective To assess the curative effect of Nefopam Hydrochloride combined with small dose of Lidocainum for shivering after intraspinal anesthesia. Method 99 patients with shivering after intraspinal anesthesia were reviewed and divided into observation group one, observation group two and control group according to difference medications, 33 cases each group. Group one took Nefopam Hydrochloride combined with Lidocainum;group two took Nefopam Hydrochloride; control group took Innovor. The treatment effects and adverse reactions of three groups were observed and compared. Result The total effective rate of group one, group two and control group were 96.97%, 93.94%and 78.79%while the rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ 〈0.01）; the rate of group one and group two was not significantly different （ 〉0.05）; the incidence rate of adverse reaction of three groups was significantly different （ 〈0.01）. Conclusion For patients with shivering after intraspinal anesthesia, Nefopam Hydrochloride combined with small dose of Lidocainum can effectively improve the incidences of shivering. It has a higher value of clinical application.
