卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和安全性评价

Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Capecitabine and Oxaliplatin in Treatment of Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的分析卡培他联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效,并对不良反应作出安全性评价。方法选取该院2011年7月—2014年7月诊断为胃癌晚期的患者病例54例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶化疗,观察组使用卡培他联合奥沙利铂治疗。比较观察组和对照组两组治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应病症状。结果观察组治疗胃癌晚期有效率为66.66%远高于对照组33.33%;观察组的不良反应发生率均低于对照组,值均小于0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论使用卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌,有效率高、患者不良反应症状轻,无严重不良反应,更适合成为患者治疗胃癌的用药选择。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety evaluation of capecitabine and oxaliplatin in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 54 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from our hospital in July 2011-July 2014, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated by cisplatin＋5-fluorouracil . Observation group were treated by capecitabine and oxaliplatin therapy. Efficacy and adverse symptoms of the disease were compared between the observation group and control group.Results In effective rate,the observation group（66.66%）was higher than control group（33.33%）;In adverse symptoms,the bservation group was lower than control group,all 〈0.05,the difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in treamtent of patients with advanced gastric cancer has a good efficacy and has mild adverse symptoms, so it is a good choice in treating gastric cancer.
