摘要
目的研究和探讨在对乳腺癌患者进行护理的工作时采用人性化护理服务的应用价值。方法对该院2013年1月—2014年7月收治的100例乳腺癌患者进行人性化护理服务,对护理前后的护理满意度进行对比。结果和护理前相比,实施人性化护理服务后,乳腺癌患者的护理满意度得到有效提升,显著高于护理前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对乳腺癌患者进行护理的工作时采用人性化护理服务,可以让患者的护理满意度得到有效提升,构建和谐的护患关系,让医院的诊治质量得到提升。
Objective To study and discuss the application value of humanized nursing service for breast cancer. Methods 100 cases with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were given humanized nursing service. And the nursing satisfaction of the patients before and after the implementation of humanized nursing service was compared. Results After the implementation of humanized nursing service, the nursing satisfaction of patients with breast cancer improved effectively, much higher than that before the implementation of humanized nursing service, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with breast cancer, humanized nursing service can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients, build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship and enhance the quality of diagnosis and treatment of the hospital.
